i've had my eye on joe for a long time, even owned some many years ago. i keep hesitating on a purchase because of the drumbeat of articles about the insurance market for florida properties. insurers are leaving the market, rates are rising rapidly for those that are still there, and the state's own coverage plan is wholly inadequate. how do you evaluate this risk? are you concerned this will increasingly handicap joe's growth?
Joe has great management, and the last few years of financials will show you that they not only show great earnings but management has executed their plan thus far.
