Thank you for a fine article. Do you know if there is actual land ownership or is it just mineral royalties? I have asked the investor relations department and was told mineral royalties only.

Fascinating. When you talked to them, did they say that there lands were considered a severed estate, where they owed the mineral rights and another entity owned the surface rights?

I did not get who owned the surface rights, unfortunately .This is the answer to my question:

Q: “Is there actual land ownership by owning shares of PSK or is it just royalty rights? I have seen it stated both ways. If there is land ownership, why would it not include surface rights?”

A: “It is ownership of the mines and minerals which does not include surface.”

Good question. Page 20 of their corporate presentation (link below) has a list of their top 25 "payors" as of October.

Why is the liquidity so low for a fairly large company?
